History
Presbítero nació en Carapegúa en 1763; estudió en el Colegio de Montserrat, de Córdoba en donde se ordenó sacerdote y obtuvo el grado de Doctor en Sagrada Teología; al regreso al Paraguay, fue nombrado Secretario de Cámara del Obispo Nicolás Videla del Pino, ejerció la Cátedra de Prima de Teología en el Colegio Carolino., fue integrante del Congreso del 17 de junio de 1811. Fue vocal de la Junta Superior Gubernativa, pero fue removido del cargo a pedido del capitán Antonio Tomás Yegros acusado de cargos que nunca fueron explicitados. No se sabe con certeza su lugar y fecha de fallecimiento.
